One engine — Sentinel Mesh — with three ways to run it

One engine — Sentinel Mesh — with three ways to run sovereign AI — resell it, run it in your own building, or run it fully isolated.

THE PROBLEM

The problem: you need modern AI, but you can’t accept the terms that come with it. The mainstream providers put your data — and your customers’ — on infrastructure you don’t control, in jurisdictions you can’t answer for, subject to controls no one abroad has to explain to you. For a telco it means renting someone else’s brand instead of selling your own. For a regulated or defence buyer it means an assurance you can never actually prove.

The answer: Sentinel runs the AI in-country, on hardware no one abroad can restrict, and gives you one engine — Sentinel Mesh — with three ways to run it. You choose the one that fits how your organization has to operate. Every version keeps your data in-country by default, and every version shows you your own usage and Sentinel Watch.

AT A GLANCE

Sentinel Mesh, one engine with three ways to run sovereign AI Sentinel Mesh is one sovereign gateway with three ways to run it, each matched to a different problem. Reseller SaaS answers "sell AI as my own without building it": it runs on Sentinel's in-country cloud, priced per use, resold white-label under your brand, reached through the Playground and Platform front doors, with your data staying in-country by default. Mesh on-premise answers "run it inside my own building on my terms": the same gateway on your own servers for one flat annual licence, self-hosted but not isolated. Sentinel Qila answers "prove nothing ever leaves": the air-gapped defence version, fully isolated with no outbound traffic allowed, so nothing ever leaves, sovereign-only for one flat annual licence. All three run on in-country hardware that no one abroad can restrict, so every request stays in-country. ONE ENGINE Sentinel Mesh the sovereign AI gateway you buy and build on sign-in · usage metering · safety guardrails · smart routing THREE WAYS TO RUN IT — ONE PER PROBLEM Reseller SaaS “sell AI as my own, without building it” HOW IT RUNS our in-country cloud · per use data stays in-country WHAT YOU GET a new revenue line, no infrastructure to stand up FRONT DOORS · RESELL Playground · Platform · white-label Mesh on-premise “run it in my own building, my terms” HOW IT RUNS same gateway, your servers one flat annual licence WHAT YOU GET control without full lockdown you choose where it routes POSITION self-hosted — not isolated Sentinel Qila “prove nothing ever leaves” HOW IT RUNS air-gapped defence version one flat annual licence WHAT YOU GET no outbound traffic allowed — nothing ever leaves POSITION fully isolated · sovereign-only In-country hardware, run in-country every request stays in-country — on hardware no one abroad can restrict
One Mesh engine, three ways to run sovereign AI — matched to the problem each one solves. The Playground and the Platform are not alternatives to Mesh; they are front doors onto it. That is why what you try in the Playground is the same service your API key calls.

WHAT YOU BUY

The engine

Sentinel Mesh is the sovereign gateway behind the API. It handles sign-in, metering, safety guardrails, and routing to the right model — and it speaks the API formats your apps already use, so your team builds on it without rewrites. This is what you buy and build on. Sovereign is the default: unless a request asks for something else, your data stays in-country.

THREE WAYS TO RUN IT

Three ways to run it — matched to your problem

Each way answers a different question about how AI has to run in your organization.

Reseller SaaS

“I want to sell AI as my own, without building it.”

The pay-as-you-go service on Sentinel’s in-country cloud, priced per use on local payment rails. Telcos and resellers put it in front of their customers under their own brand, on their own markup — a new revenue line with no infrastructure to stand up. Direct businesses and consumers reach the same service through the free Playground. Your data stays in-country by default; reaching any outside provider is off unless a request opts in. Reached through the For telcos & builders door and the Playground.

Mesh on-premise

“I want to run it inside my own building, on my terms.”

The same full gateway, run on your own servers, for one flat annual licence — a predictable cost, not a per-call meter. You decide which providers it uses and whether it reaches out. It is self-hosted, but not isolated: it sits between the SaaS and Qila for organizations that want control without full lockdown.

Sentinel Mesh

Sentinel Qila

“I have to prove nothing ever leaves.”

The air-gapped defence version, for the For defence door, on a flat annual licence. It runs fully isolated inside your perimeter — no outbound traffic allowed, so nothing ever leaves. It runs sovereign-only, and you can prove at the network boundary that nothing left. It turns a promise you’d otherwise have to take on trust into something you can demonstrate.

Sentinel Qila

How you pay follows where you run it: the SaaS is priced per use; on-premise and Qila are one flat licence. That changes how you pay, not what you see — either way you keep your own usage and Sentinel Watch.

TWO DOORS

Two doors, one engine

Sentinel is sold under two co-equal positions, each with its own front door onto the one Mesh engine:

For telcos & builders

sell it as your own. Underneath, a white-label overlay lets you run Mesh under a telco’s own brand, on your own markup and prepaid credits — set out in Reseller.

For telcos & builders

For defence

prove it never left. The build detail lives in Sentinel Sovereign — Qila.
