THE PROBLEM
Every serious AI service today runs on someone else’s cloud, in someone else’s country, under someone else’s rules. For a bank, a telco, or a defence agency in Pakistan, that means the one capability the whole business is racing toward — AI — is the one it can never fully own. Data leaves the country. Costs can’t be capped. Access can be cut off by a policy change or an export control decision made abroad. Sovereignty isn’t a feature you can bolt on later; if the inference happened offshore, it already left.
THE SOLUTION
Sentinel AI is a sovereign AI cloud that runs entirely in-country, on hardware no one abroad can restrict. Every request stays in Pakistan. Costs are metered and capped like any other utility. And you don’t just consume it — you can run it, govern it, and resell it as your own. It is the same engine, Sentinel Mesh, offered three ways: as a pay-as-you-go service you rebrand and sell (Reseller), as a self-hosted licence you run on-premise (Mesh), or as a fully isolated build for defence (Sentinel Qila) where no outbound traffic is allowed. However you deploy it, live usage and Sentinel Watch are always in view.
WHO BUILDS IT
Sentinel is built by Mercurial Minds (M.M) — an AI consultancy and intelligent-automation professional-services firm, and a collaborating firm of Andersen Consulting. Sovereign AI is not a first project for us; it’s what a decade of delivering governed AI into regulated industries was building toward.
M.M works across four verticals — Defence · Government · Telecom, Media & Technology · Energy — and five horizontals: IT · HR · Finance · Cyber Security · Contact Centre. Defence and telecom — the two industries with the most to lose when AI leaves the country — are the two Sentinel is sold into.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Your data stays in-country. On our cloud, every request runs on the in-country model unless you deliberately choose otherwise. The defence build, Sentinel Qila, is fully isolated — no outbound traffic allowed, so nothing ever leaves your network.
