Sentinel AI

Sentinel AI

The AI you can see, control, and keep in-country.

Your teams already run on OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini — offshore, unmetered, hard to govern. Sentinel puts every model behind one gateway inside Pakistan, with spend, controls and audit in one place.

The problem

Three problems every AI buyer hits

You can't see what AI costs you

Spend is exploding across teams and providers, billed offshore in dollars, with no idea what any customer, product or request actually cost.

Sentinel prices every request in PKR — what you paid, what you charged, the margin between — with a hard limit on every key.

Your data can't leave the country

Sovereignty is becoming law. Sensitive data has to stay in-country, and “trust us, it’s fine” is not an answer you can put in a contract.

Sentinel keeps it in-country by design, not by promise — sensitive traffic never crosses the border, and the defence build lets nothing leave at all.

Every provider is its own silo

A separate key, bill, format and dashboard for each model. Switching is a rewrite; governing across them is impossible.

Sentinel brings them together behind one key, one pipeline, one audit trail — sovereign by default.

Two doors

Two ways to buy this

For telcos & builders — sell it as your own

Buy AI wholesale, set your own retail price. Every request is priced and itemised in PKR — what you paid, what you charged, and the margin between — for each customer, every billing period.

No model lab to build. No billing system to run. Your brand on the screens your subscribers see. Start as a single developer with a key; grow into an operator with your own customers.

For defence — prove it never left

Your AI runs in-country on hardware no one abroad can restrict, beyond the reach of export controls, and sensitive traffic stays there no matter what.

The Qila build goes further: it runs air-gapped, with no outbound traffic allowed — nothing can leave.

One gateway

Both doors, one gateway

Telcos and defence buy opposite things. One buys a number it can bill; the other buys the certainty that nothing left. Both run on the same Sentinel Mesh — one pipeline, one audit trail, one in-country model. What changes is what is switched on, and what you are allowed to see.

From your app to a model that stays in-country Your existing OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini SDK calls the Sentinel Mesh gateway, which authenticates the key, applies quota and guardrails, meters the request, and routes it — sovereign by default — to a leading in-country model running on hardware no one abroad can restrict, inside Pakistan. One engine runs three ways: the pay-as-you-go Reseller SaaS on Sentinel's in-country cloud, a self-hosted Mesh on-premise licence on the customer's own servers, and the air-gapped Sentinel Qila defence build. Other AI providers sit outside the boundary — off by default on the cloud, your choice when self-hosted, and with no outbound traffic allowed on the defence build. WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE Your application OpenAI · Anthropic · Gemini SDK — unchanged, pointed at a new base URL WHAT SENTINEL ADDS Sentinel Mesh one governed pipeline, every request auth quota guardrails route meter INSIDE PAKISTAN — NOTHING LEAVES In-country model a leading 35B model Reasons before answering Large context window Beyond export controls Other AI providers CLOUD · OFF BY DEFAULT SELF-HOSTED · YOUR CHOICE DEFENCE BUILD NO OUTBOUND TRAFFIC ALLOWED
Your app, unchanged, pointed at a new address — and everything behind the gateway stays inside the country. Outside providers sit beyond the boundary, off by default, and are switched off entirely in the defence build.

The gateway

What the gateway does

Three APIs, one address

Mesh speaks the OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini formats through one governed pipeline. Point your existing app at sentinel.junaid.pk/v1 — your code works unchanged.

Routed, sovereign-first

One key picks the best model for the job — by cost, speed, or use case — with the in-country model always first and sensitive traffic kept there. The OpenRouter idea, rebuilt on sovereign ground.

Governed by default

Safety checks — blocked terms and personal-data redaction — run before any call. Every request is priced, tracked and recorded. Every key has a hard limit; none are uncapped.

Sovereign reasoning

The in-country model thinks before it answers — and Sentinel shows that reasoning alongside the reply. Deep answers, on infrastructure that stays in-country.

One engine

One engine, three ways to run it

Sentinel Mesh is the one engine — sign-in, spend tracking, safety checks, model routing, all three APIs. Choose how you run it.

  • Reseller SaaS — the shared platform on our own in-country cloud, priced per use. Sovereign by default; outside providers are off unless you turn them on, request by request. This is where telcos, businesses and direct consumers come in. Reach it through the Playground (Try Sentinel, free and mobile-first), the Sentinel Platform developer console at /app, or a white-label overlay under your own brand.
  • Mesh on-premise — the same full gateway, run on your own servers for your internal routing, on one flat annual licence. You choose which providers it uses; whether anything reaches the outside is your call.
  • Sentinel Sovereign — Qila — the air-gapped defence build: it runs fully isolated, with no outbound traffic allowed — nothing can leave. In-country only, on one flat licence.

However you run it, you always see your own usage and Sentinel Watch — a licence changes how you pay, not what you can see.
