THE FIRST STEP
Small enough to refuse
The engagement is built so that every stage is small enough to say no to, and the first one commits you to nothing.
Phase 0 — days, not months. A scoped session and a live demonstration of the Sentinel Qila build running on your hardware, inside your perimeter. Nothing leaves your network. There is no procurement commitment attached to it, and the only decision at the end is whether there is one workflow worth doing next.
Because the demonstration runs fully isolated, with no outbound traffic allowed, you are evaluating the real constraint — not a hosted preview that behaves differently from what you would deploy.
What to put in your enquiry
None of this is required to reach us — it only helps route the conversation to the right people faster.
The mission or workflow
The one operational problem you would want a Phase 0 demonstration to address. A single concrete workflow tells us more than a capability wish-list.
The environment
Where it would run — an existing enclave, an air-gapped range, or hardware you would stand up for it. Whether an internal certificate authority and an accreditation-grade audit trail are in scope.
Who is asking
The institution and a cleared point of contact. Defence enquiries are handled off the public sign-up so this stays out of any shared system.
Any constraints
Accreditation, classification handling, or a timeline you are working to. If there is a restricted brief, say so and we will scope the exchange accordingly.
